Genius creates, and taste preserves. Taste is the good sense of genius; without taste, genius is only sublime folly”
Two very different trends are taking over our global culture this year: the ability to be constantly connected and the desire to perforate and draw off. We applied classic design principles to our “frais” collection. As watercolors are refreshed for the upcoming year, our floral art at Bliss is also taking a fresh turn. Our arrangements will showcase lush designs and complex color palettes that evoke the subtle, layered brushstrokes of watercolor paintings with fluttery fillers and lush foliage. We love to use subtle tonal contrasts within a single color, rather than the riot of colors. “Frais” is derived from the word fresh and is clean, calming and serene. Each arrangement is named after a street in Paris or one of the three big flower markets. They’re featured in our “shop online” section and of course you can get a custom designed one from any of our boutiques.
Our personal favorite, which is also selling like hot cakes, is “Pont du Carrousel”
